This was a remote session that went well and without any hitches. The Reika session came as a surprise because I was not expecting to feel the effect so strongly afterwards, so it worked:) The session came when I was about the deal with a situation I could not longer avoid. It gave me clarity of vision and a calmness I have not felt in a long time. The situation in hand went well. Highly recommended.

I’m so appreciative of Kristal and I highly recommend her for yoga, no matter how much or little experience you have. It was my 1st session with her, and I found her incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived… and made sure I was comfortable throughout. As someone new to yoga and having had group classes in the past, a 1-1 with Kristal brought out the intimate and zen experience I was looking for... I'm a strong believer in wellness and I’m excited to practice with her on a long term basis.

Kristal is an incredible Reiki healer, she listens compassionately and holds space so beautifully, it really puts you at ease. I've found the sessions help me to shift lots of energy, I feel lighter and more spacious every time. I've gone on to do my Reiki level 1 with Kristal because she's so authentic and knowledgeable, I knew I wanted to learn from her...thank you for introducing me to Reiki and supporting me Kristal :)

Her consultation prior to the session was sensitive & thorough. I felt I could trust her to share issues which, for me, were sensitive. I knew she was actively listening
While she was giving me the Reiki, I experienced a journey which gave me insight into why I have been feeling low in mood & energy. In addition, I found ways in which I could heal

Kristal is a warm and kind young lady. I felt very welcome upon my arrival. The venue is clean and welcoming, and the couch is comfortable. I arrived at Sanuan healing feeling very tense and anxious. My emotional release massage with Kristal was performed with expert insight and compassion. At the end of my treatment, I felt very calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Kristal to anyone who needs hands-on TLC and emotional release by someone with such a magical gift.
