Kristal is an incredible Reiki healer, she listens compassionately and holds space so beautifully, it really puts you at ease. I've found the sessions help me to shift lots of energy, I feel lighter and more spacious every time. I've gone on to do my Reiki level 1 with Kristal because she's so authentic and knowledgeable, I knew I wanted to learn from her...thank you for introducing me to Reiki and supporting me Kristal :)

Her consultation prior to the session was sensitive & thorough. I felt I could trust her to share issues which, for me, were sensitive. I knew she was actively listening
While she was giving me the Reiki, I experienced a journey which gave me insight into why I have been feeling low in mood & energy. In addition, I found ways in which I could heal

Kristal is a warm and kind young lady. I felt very welcome upon my arrival. The venue is clean and welcoming, and the couch is comfortable. I arrived at Sanuan healing feeling very tense and anxious. My emotional release massage with Kristal was performed with expert insight and compassion. At the end of my treatment, I felt very calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend Kristal to anyone who needs hands-on TLC and emotional release by someone with such a magical gift.

Kristal has a really welcoming and attentive way about her, right from the beginning of the session, to the end where we had a tea together and talked about how it had gone and her insights and reflections.
Kristal is clearly very gifted in reiki and energy work. I could physically feel energy moving and a really special presence in the room.
I was so surprised at how different I felt after the session. I felt lighter and more at peace, like a real heaviness had shifted.
