Kristal has a really welcoming and attentive way about her, right from the beginning of the session, to the end where we had a tea together and talked about how it had gone and her insights and reflections. Kristal is clearly very gifted in reiki and energy work. I could physically feel energy moving and a really special presence in the room. I was so surprised at how different I felt after the session. I felt lighter and more at peace, like a real heaviness had shifted.

About

Kristal is an intuitive Reiki master, channel, energy healer and massage therapist. Each session is unique, she does not just channel the energy and offer a massage but connects deeply with you to ready your energy and find where you have any blockages, stuck emotion and the emotional causes for physical pain and tightness in the body and mind. Every sessions includes feedback on your energy system and tips on how to heal further and release emotion. She started her journey in 2018 in India where she took her Yoga teacher training in Dharamshala the home of the Dalai Lama. Here she learnt the art of meditation, Yoga, Pranayama and Chakra healing. She later moved to Thailand where she learnt acupressure massage and Thai massage from a Thai Shaman. Shortly after she completed her Reiki master/teacher training and counselling skills training. She is now a Reiki master and has initiated/taught and offered Reiki to hundreds. After many years of deep inner work she has naturally become a channel for Archangels, Lemurian energy and other galactic and divine beings. Offering energy healing and messages for those ready to listen. Her work lies in her ability to connect to her own intuition and seeing the energy system of the person in front of her. She approaches all sessions with understanding, compassion and deep interest and care in what her client is experiencing and needs. Making her utmost to hold all as they release what needs to be released to feel more free, light and stable. Allowing all to feel the benefits of spiritual healing and awakening.
