I hadn't had a wax for nearly a year, so was nervous, obviously. I had been looking for a Brazilian person as they are the absolute best in paying attention to detail. Deia was a real delight and put me at ease immediately. She knows about breathing to not feel any pain and did everything to make me feel at ease. I can now go to the beach feeling hair free! I will be going back for other treatments, for sure.
