Really positive experience overall. The therapist was professional, attentive, and took time to understand what I needed before starting. The pressure was well balanced and adjusted throughout, which made a big difference. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and physically better. The environment was calm and comfortable too. Would definitely return and recommend.
