Not actually the best experience. Took 2 hours (45 min appt) to there only being one hairdresser for a number of clients - also they wasted time on phone/photographing clients after hair done, delaying others waiting. Offered a treatment (I thought to make up for the massive delays) but got charged another £36. Asked for no product on scalp due to sensitivity and they did it anyway so hurts now. Hair looked nice for a few hours then sticSaid I needed cut when only had one last week.
