All in all the Santai Spa proved to be better than we imagined. From the moment we walked in and inhaled the scent of relation we knew this Spa was the perfect place to be to make us feel relaxed. The facilities are great. And the mosaic hot beds are amazing and in coherence to the views truly makes this spa stand out from the rest. The full body massage was Pefect and Gemma and her colleague did an amazing job and applied just the right pressure to create a overall relating outcome. We truly recommend this Spa. It’s pricy but worth it!
Staff were very nice and gave you all the information needed clearly. The facilities are clean, and easily accessible since they’re all near in a smaller space than I thought but the spa is set up well that being a little small works for it. The massage was good and really focused on my tension area. They also give you a lot in the glass our complimentary bubbly which is nice.
Despite some confusion at the point of booking the appointments and treatment, my sister and I received amazing service and felt thoroughly relaxed by the time we left.
