I go to Sansuk regularly. I have had massages from different therapists with different styles. I've never been disappointed. The massage with Pen was great today. Also reception is friendly and professional.

I’ve been to the parlour a few times before but this was by far my worst experience. The staff messed up the bookings so wasted time chatting and laughing before I was seen. I asked for a firm massage but was left with a massive bruise on my left forearm. I booked 1.5hrs but because of the mix up my massage was cut short, then restarted once I reminded the masseuse I had booked longer. It really disrupted the relaxation time. I also have a new pain in my lower back that wasn’t there before!!
