Masseur was very lovely, but seemed inexperienced. They spent most of the time rubbing their forearm up and down my ribs, rather than working the knots in my shoulder blades that I’d pointed out and they had noticed. When they did work the knots, they also didn’t follow the line of the muscle, leading to tension building elsewhere. I’ve had really good experiences here before, so was left a bit disappointed. Was still a relaxing experience and would recommend highly for a general massage

It was good, slightly different to how deep tissue massages usually are (I think there were elements of Thai combination) but no complaints.

I got room 1 rather than Room 2 and I prefer room 2. Room 1 was 3 stars, room 2 would have been 5

It’s usually excellent, but one of their therapists doesn’t really know what she’s doing and needs some extra training and support. I’ve had treatments with her twice and I would now simply avoid this member of staff till her technique is assessed and adjusted. Members of staff are usually very polite and kind. They are excellent at customer service usually. Pia is brilliant as a therapist.
