I booked myself for a massage a couple of months ago and really enjoyed my experience the lady I had was firm and felt like it really helped my back. However then booked in my bf who said the lady was really soft and didn’t ask or change the firmness it was his first time and overall he said he was very disappointed.

Amazing massage with Lucky as usual. I think generally the ambience can be improved (I had to remind about music and when you are in a shared room you can always hear the person next door as thin partition but I’m a regular & used to it/know to ask.
