Very noisy , The staff members were extremely loud when talking and also dropping items which needless to say not very relaxing, it’s the second time I have used this time lace and they seem to have different ways of treatment. The receptionist who greeted me was unfriendly and said I was to early by 10 minutes? ? … not sure if I would use the place again as more massage centres are starting to open in Harrow.

The salon is tired and in need of a facelift. Flimsy room divider a bit off putting, hearing the person in the next treatment room. The massage was brilliant however so I’ll definitely go back.
