I've been here a few times and its always been great. Unfortunately this time they seemed to be short staffed and didn't have a receptionist. My therapist therefore left in the middle of my massage three times to go and answer the phone, leaving the door to the room I was in wide open every time!I was not impressed. It made the whole treatment very unrelaxing.
Thai Massage
I booked a full body deep tissue massage for my partner who has a lower back pain. The treatment was booked with a male therapist not female who was extremely unprofessional. During the massage, she completely ignored the lower back area despite being told to focus there. The venue itself is not clean at all and the massage table was covered with kitchen towel instead of hygiene couch roll and all the ripped parts were covered with nasty towels. To provide my feedback I had to rate it one star.
