Clean cut, patient staff and overall great customer service!
The salon was big, bright and clean!
I would definitely recommend this salon for a cut but not 100% sure with the treatment, my hair didn't feel much different after the treatment.

This cut and colour was great value for money. I had a complete change of image and was really pleased with the cut and colour I received. The salon was modern and clean but was quite large and seemed fairly empty which did not install me with confidence! However, I was still really pleased with the results.

It was my first visit to this salon and I highly recommend it. I had my colour done by Chiara who recommended a variety of shades of blonde. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My colour was fantastic, exactly what I wanted. I had a restyle done by Raffaelle who spoke to me in depth about what I was looking for and what he thought would suit my face shape etc. My cut was done beautifully. So precise and exactly what I wanted. I was not rushed through my experience at all, and I felt like the staff genuinely cared about my experience. The shampoo and condition was one of the best I have ever experienced, it felt heavenly! So relaxing! I wish it could have gone on longer! My whole experience was so good, I have re-booked for a couple of months time with the same stylists.

The staff were friendly and polite upon arrival, and my hairdresser listened and took on board what I wanted done with my hair. He made me a bit nervous though as he kept pulling faces as he was cutting away and I started feeling a little self-conscious. I don't think the conditioning treatment I had was rinsed out properly as today my scalp is very dry and flakey - my hair also doesn't feel any more conditioned than it usually is. The hairdresser also struggled with getting my hair to dry straight, though I had warned him it was thick! It wasn't straight by the time I got home as curls had started to creep in around my hairline. I had to re-do it this morning before work. Overall I wasn't massively impressed, but if I use them again I will have a few pointers so will hopefully get a better experience from it.
