Excellent experience - lovely clean salon and friendly professional staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending and visiting again. The appointment was for my daughter who loved her experience, a young man did the highlights after consultation with her and Lauren did the cut and styling. Both were excellent.

Not worth the amount it cost! Glad i did not pay the amount it would have been without offer. Felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Not one word was spoken to me when my hair was being coloure what i felt was rude. Felt like my colour was rushed also. It was not the colour i disscussed and asked for either and actually has come out a bit patchy and slightly orange in parts.
I have had my hair done at other hair dressers and alway been made to feel very welcome and comfortable and never been egnored :-\. Lady who cut my hair was good and chatty. Was nice to have someone speak to me after the amount of time i had been in there.
I wont be returning and to be honest a wouldnt recommend them either. Think they charge way to mucj for the service they offer

I had a wonderful experience at Sanrizz. Recommended by my friend, I went in with an open mind, as my experience with some high street salon wasnt very good, neither they have a lot to offer to men. I chose hair styling by Top Stylist and Lauren looked after me. Salmon's ambience was very good, but I wish staff at reception could be bit more smiling and there could be more chairs in waiting area. Nevertheless, I was looked after properly. My stylist asked me for any tea or coffee as well. She had a chat with me for about 5 minutes asking what is my expectation and then after telling her that what i wanted. Started with shampoo/conditioning/massage of hair, she started hair cut. took about 20 minutes and my look was all transformed. She also gave me many tips on different ways to style and when should I come next etc. One good thing that she didnt say that you need to come every 3 or 4th week, It all depends upon how your hair grow and and if its getting too heavy. I am very happy with the outcome and so was she.

Would recommend, everyone is very friendly and received a great service. Lauren cut my hair and listened carefully to what I had asked for and followed those instructions, she gave good styling advice and was lovely to talk to. Best salon I've been to.
