The place was clean and bright and the staff made me feel welcomed. However, I was there an awfully long time for just a wash and cut. I understand that another customer was not happy with the colour of her hair and a lot of attention was focused on her, but when it came to cutting my hair it was practically dry and left that choppy look. I would go back again but hopefully not as long as nearly 2 hours for a trim. Thanks though!

From the moment I walked in it was 5 star treatment for me. Theodora was amazing and understood exactly what I wanted and how to handle my hair - something not every hairdresser has managed! Loved the experience!!

Had a haircut with Theodora. She was wonderful and listened to my wants and needs. I will probably even come back and will request to see her!
I had the 'Haircut with Personalised Energy Code Treatment
Ladies' Haircut' and I cant fault the haircut at all. However,the so called treatment seemed to just be normal shampoo and conditioner. They didn't leave the treatment in or anything and didnt add an extra step in shampooing to make me think there was actually a treatment in there as well. The products smelled amazing but as mentioned, they were just shampoo and conditioner.
I didnt really mind as I had come for the haircut but if you plan on adding a hair treatment to you appointment, this is probbaly not the one.

Really good haircut, and I really appreciated the second rinse after the haircut which meant I wasn't covered by annoying little hairs for the rest of the day! Also very punctual appointment.
