As I have limited mobility I rely on the lift that goes between the floors, so I can access the wash basins. Unfortunately whilst I was having my hair washed the lift stopped working; I was just about able to climb the stairs, very slowly and painfully - plenty of assistance was offered by staff; and two of the male staff members kindly carried my mobility scooter up the stairs. I hope they manage to get the lift sorted out, so this can be avoided in future.

I always have a good experience at Sanrizz - both Tommy and Izzie are great. Hairwash includes a lovely head massage and it feels like a luxury treatment.

Sanrizz is always friendly and welcoming and the staff are friendly and professional. Tommy is a very skilled hairdresser who takes a lot of care and really listens to his clients to meet their needs. I always enoy having my hair done there.
