I had booked an appointment with Rudi (who has cut my hair for several years and about whom I have never had cause to complain). On arrival I was told that Rudi no longer works at Brunswick Centre but only at Muswell Hill - this despite having received both an email and a text confirming the appointment. I was offered the services of another stylist who then proceeded to cut my hair very badly. This is not an experience I care to repeat and I shall be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to the salon for my appointment to find it was closed. Really shouldn’t take bookings if closed especially cause I prepaid!

I've been getting my hair cut by Rudi for 4 years now: I have literally followed him around London (every time Sanrizz opened a new salon) he's that good :D. The staff are always friendly, the salons are always spotless and the measures put in place for Covid-19 are exemplary. Highly recommend.
