I attended the launch party and how lovely to be greeted with prosecco, fruit sticks and chocolates. I was treated to the magic mirror and consultation about the results of my skin analysis. Staff were very friendly and chatty and informative and knowledgeable, no push to buy the products but nevertheless I did buy 2 products and they are very reasonably priced. The brand is Clarena- I hadn’t heard of this but from Poland and very popular in China. I had the free mini version of the hydro facial and a thoroughly nice experience - very clean and lovely fluffy blankets on a heated couch. The therapist Alina was very knowledgeable about the treatments and skin science. My skin was a little red after the treatment so I had the ice therapy as well. I will rebook first the full facial in a couple of weeks.

My visit today was amazing! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful - they were able to provide expert information about the facials as well as my skin. The facial has made my skin so smooth and I'm looking forward to seeing the continuing results. I can't wait to come back!

First experience with a hydro facial and it was exceptional. I was greeted straight away and all the lovely ladies chatted to me as I waited for my appointment. I didn't have to wait long and I was able to experience my first ever treatment. The woman who gave my my hydro facial also gave me tips which is really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone. ❤

Amazing Facial! Had such a warm welcome from the whole team! I had a skin analysis which identified all of my problem areas, as well as offers of refreshments and snacks whilst I waited, although the wait was less than 5 minutes! The therapist was extremely attentive and explained everything clearly. The facial was extremely relaxing and had my face feeling soft and glowy! She recommended the best way to care for my skin and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Looking forward to my next appointment!
