Emma asks a lot of questions and doesnt give the client chance to relax. I booked my appt using treatwell and was to be charged £61 at venue. I was charged £68( i think as i didnt get a receipt). Curious as to why.

I’m back waxing after not had a wax for a fair few years and I was worried it would be as painful as I remembered.
Fast forward to post appointment and I can say Emma was great. She was super friendly, highly professional made you feel at ease as soon as you walked through the door, which is great especially when you’re asked to do the child’s pose from the get go (IYKYK) The icing on the cake… it was practically painless. All booked for my next appointment.
