Really lovely experience; Jess offered advice and listened to my concerns to tailor my facial, a relaxing atmosphere with touches of luxury. The only thing I’d have liked for next would be to use the time when there is a mask on to massage rather than writing in the booklet. While this was helpful to take home, this could have been done when I was getting changed, and it would’ve been nicer to have the hands-on time. Aromatherapy could be used for a more expensive touch to match the price tag
