Overall ok Exfoliating was good Not much time massaging hands or feet mainly concentration to upper arm and legs/ lots of noise during treatment which ruined experience/ Before the treatment started Tia said they would be 10% off treatments that day and products purchased/ I complained about the noise the manager Jess offered me 10% off as a gesture of goodwill tried to explain I was offered that anyway before but she just repeated and didn't listen I was offered that anyway?! Poor service
