I had the rise and shine facial/massage which was lovely, very relaxing. The water pad on the bed was a fab touch! Sarah my therapist was very professional and as soon as I walked into the spa the atmosphere was so relaxing it was hard to believe that I was in a busy department store! I hate to say anything negative but I feel that the treatment room was a little on the cool side, especially once the heated water pad I was laid on cooled down.But overall a lovely treatment.
