I’d rather not submit a public post that is negative. I’d be happy to discuss this with management in private but I was left disappointed after myself and the therapist were put in an awkward position that could have been avoided when she could not perform the type of treatment I had booked and we had to chose another one on the spot. She handled it well but the treatment is not one I would have usually chosen, especially for the price; and I was charged £10 more than I was invoiced for.

I had an amazing Clarins facial at the spa recently. It was such a relaxing treatment that left my skin glowing and feeling so hydrated.
Victoria was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience so relaxing. I’ve visited many salons and spas for facials and this one at Sanderson’s has been by far the best. I will definitely be back soon.
