During a stressful time in my life my partner bought me a gift card for Christmas. I selected the Voya mindful dreams treatment. It was really relaxing and de stressed me. Victoria listened to the fact that my tension had gathered in my upper back and shoulders and concentrated on those areas. It was a positive experience. Thank you
