The staff is overall friendly and atmosphere is as expected.
Unfortunately, there was no upfront consultation or examination of what skin type I am. The hair removal was ok besides the red marks that were left on skin (I expected it since I have sensitive skin).
As for the eyebrow lamination: no patch test was done. Due to that I have burn marks above my eyebrows that will possible leave permanent scarring. I was not offered a refund. I do not recommend this salon for above mentioned treatment

Soma and Neda were both very welcoming and friendly. Soma took care and attention carrying out the tint and Neda suggested threading instead of waxing for a neater finish. I was pleased with the result and will be back :)
