Dirty salon. Didn’t ask me how I want my hair just styled as she wanted. Didn’t use product. One shampoo.

This wasn't a great massage. The room was messy& cold. Bright light left on. Used cold moisturiser instead of massage oil. Booked 1hour back/neck/shoulder massage, got full Body, no neck. More of a rub than a Massage, muscles not worked on at all

unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. The owner didn't want to honour the booking as she said the app wouldn't pay her. It was rushed and the end result was sloppy.During my haircut she was dealing with another customer. It wasn't clean.
