Sam's customer care is second to none. Taking her time to do a full consultation and properly understand what it is that you really want but might not immediately know how to explain. The free alcoholic drink offered on arrival and friendly service from all members of staff makes for a lovely experience every time. 10 years a customer and not one bad experience
