I went this morning to wash, cut and blow my hair. The manager Sam, was really nice and professional. However the hairdresser was not good and completely unprofessional. Before starting to cut my hair I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair done and I asked if this was feasible and she said that it was. During the hair cut it was quite a weird uncomfortable atmosphere as I didn't really want to talk too much but she kept talking about her son and her family situation. When she finished with the cut, I said that it didn't look like the picture and that I wasn't really happy. But she said that it was not possible to do it in that way because my hair was not good for that style. So I asked why she didn't say this to me at the beginning and she started to say that it was up to me if I liked the new style or not. She started to get nervous and be rude saying things like if I was doing this because I wanted to have my haircut free! I never mentioned anything about money, I just wanted to find a way to fix my hair as it was not my style. I felt offended and quite embarrassed so I asked for the manager. The manager was really polite and knew how to handle the situation. Indeed, I would try any of the treatments that she personally does in the future but definitely not the hairdresser....I had to book for another hairdresser to fix my hair.

Really enjoyed my mini pamper session, the combination of a quick nail tidy, eyebrow shape, mini facial and head massage was the perfect pick me up.
However it did highlight that I need a full on pamper session and as a result I've booked a massage.
