Billie has done amazing magic on my very thick difficult hair. She really listened to what I wanted and didn't just go ahead. She asked if I wanted more off, or more thinning, which gave me confidence. My colour is fab. Ash blonde just what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Billie as always , did an amazing job on my hair , and I wouldn’t trust anyone else ! But the salon is dark and oppressive, the staff seem unhappy and not very chatty , the stall where the hair basin is , is just a refurbished toilet cubicle and there’s a hole in the ceiling of the salon ! And god knows what the awful music was that was playing ! It’s a shame they moved , the old salon was much nicer .

I’ve been going to Sam Church for a long time , and Billie always does my hair - I have absolutely no complaints about her - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair !
However since the move , the new place is just horrible ! No one seems happy , no one talks to you ( apart from Billie ) , it’s very dark in there , the basin where you get your hair washed is an old toilet cubicle and there’s a hole in the ceiling !
I’m not sure the move was a good idea
