Billie was great. This was my first time and she asked a lot of questions about my hair, products I use, and how I wanted the haircut and she explained the result I was going to get. She’s very friendly, polite and pleasant. The haircut is as I wanted (and I must say, it doesn’t happen often!!) Good job Billie!
