Billie is so lovely, always very friendly and takes the time to understand what I want from my colour cut and blow dry.. Billie asks questions on how I manage my hair, what products I use. Talking through colour swatches to help me achieve the toned blonde colour that works for me. Working with me to achieve the look I want, always a five star service :) xx
