Bad experience of a balayage. Having booked a balayage, asking for some light in the front fringe strands, the outcome was much lighter than I’d hoped with very severe blocks of colour about 3 inches down from my roots. After explaining this, the owner did some remedy on the blocks and I was given a toner in the end which improved the colour, but the drastic blocking is still an issue. After 4 hours I left because I’d had enough. Asked for balayage, got highlights 3 inches from my roots.
