I was really pleased with my colour and cut. Billie was really helpful and attentive. She took time at the start of my appointment to understand exactly what I wanted and what I definitely didn't want.

My 11 year old has now been to Sam for her seriously cool pixie cut 3 times. It's a lovely salon and my daughter looks like a girl with a cool crop rather than a girl who has been to the barbers if you know what I mean.
