Myself and my housemate and a Hollywood Wax each, in the comfort of our own home. The lady (which I'm assuming is Saima) was absolutely lovely. I've been having Hollywood Wax's for 3 years, but this was my first time here. Saima made me feel so comfortable, and the wax was over quite quickly. A few little hairs left here and there, but nothing that made me unhappy. The overall experience was great, and the final result was too. My housemate, who was very, very nervous about getting this wax, said that the lady was so lovely, and took the time to explain the types of wax being used and gave her time to breath and relax in between. Overall, her experience was great also! I will definitely be getting this home wax again. It was so convenient and Saima was amazing.

Brilliant service! The therapist went out of her way to advise on the different types of wax she was using (and the pro's / cons of each).
She also advised on ways I can ensure I stop getting in-growing hairs after shaving, and waxing in the future. She was also very discrete and comforting when doing my Brazilian. Not always the nicest thing to have done, and it can be a very invasive and weird experience usually with a stranger! But she ensured I was comfortable throughout.
Will definitely use again, and I'm glad I've found someone local who'll come to me rather than having to travel somewhere.

Saima was very friendly and was superb making me feel at ease with a rather big waxing job. She talked me through every step of the way and was very through.
Unfortunately, Saima did forget about our appointment but she was very apologetic and graciously offered 10% off as I came to her venue (My house is unavailable)
Overall I am pleased with my results and the value for money. I would reccomend this service.

Terrible hair treatment from a very friendly hairdresser.
Saima requested a consultation before my appointment to ensure she knew what I wanted and could bring along all she needed (mobile hair therapist). To start she forgot the consultation appointment time which meant she was 30 minutes late for the appointment. On meeting her she was lovely and I told her that I needed my roots done and a good cut but I liked my hair to be a natural more golden blonde. She advised 2 colours to achieve this look and we agreed on the selection of colours.
For the appointment she again had the time incorrect and while confirming this I noted the correct time which she again was late for. While doing my hair she kept asking what I wanted in terms of full head of highlights or half head even though this was confirmed before. I re-explained what I was after. She started doing my hair but only appeared to have one colour. On querying this, she replied saying that she had thought about my hair and had decided I only needed one colour. This was not discussed with me even though the plan from the consultation was agreed as being 2 colours to achieve a golden blonde. I truly believe she forgot what we had discussed and thus had not brought the products as required.
I tried to stay calm and thought she must know what she is doing and left her to it. When looking at my hair once it was dry I was horrified. I cannot explain how my heart dropped and I instantly wanted to cry. First of all it was almost bleached blonde. In addition to this, the actual highlights near the roots (where the hair is more dark) was an orange colour and the overall hair colour very brassy. To top this off the actual highlights were really uneven and there were big sections of dark near the front i.e. very noticeable together with a very clear line of where the colour was applied. It looked like there was regrowth although this was just done.
I very calmly explained that this was very blonde and that I was not happy. Saima said that I should wait a few days for it to settle and that if I was still unhappy that she would come and put a toner on the hair. I contacted her the next day after trying to accept this was now my hair colour. I explained all the above only to be told that there was no orange in my hair and I was wrong on thinking there was orange and uneven highlights. Unfortunately due to the very poor service thus far together with Saima's reluctance to admit she had done anything wrong and not sticking to the plan agreed, I was too skeptical to have her fix it.
I took photos as evidence of this but there is no place to upload this. Please do believe that the highlighting service is the worst I have experienced in my 12 years of having my hair dyed I truly do not want anyone else to have to feel like I do right now.
I am having to go and spend more money to have a hairdresser fix the disaster that is my hair.
