Sam was fantastic. She has a new customer. I've had countless Hollywood waxes over the years and this was one of the best. The wax was at the perfect temperature, not too hot and she took extra care to ensure all the hair was gone, even doing more up my leg! She worked quickly and was warm and friendly. Very happy with hr service.

Sam was really lovely and communicative through the process, however the blow dry/style was unfortunately really terrible. I asked for a curly blow-dry which was actually £25, not £20 and tonged, not blow-dry. Once I got home and had a closer look, I hadn't been given a straight parting, curls were uneven in thickness, not curled at the bottom, curled in the wrong direction around my face and there were some strands missing any curls. I brushed the whole thing out and redid it myself in the end.
