Sana retrieved the situation & delivered an excellent, professional experience. Although the owner was very irritated,upon my arrival for using Treatwell, embarrassed & humiliated me … stating they would have to charge me much more for my booked: paid for treatment & refused my blowdry? And crucially when I book for T highlights & blowdry .. he always charges me an additional £30 for the post bleach Colour toner - which surely is part of the highlights? I wanted to leave - but Sana did best!

Excellent blow dry, v good products used. She set my hair exactly as I wanted. Did not rush. Lovely experience overall
