I left an item at the salon, which I was assured would be safely kept until my next appointment.
Despite this assurance, I was informed it’s been thrown away but I would be reimbursed, which I appreciated at the time. However, this was followed by a reversal of that promise, with management claiming that no such commitment was made and suggesting that I was being dishonest.
Will never return to salvation hair, I’m disgusted at the response - would never happen at Aveda in UAE.

Natalie listened to my concerns and gave me the haircut I wanted after a previous haircut left me with hair cut far too short than I asked for and so Natalie remedied this well and I have no hesitation going again.
