Always love getting my hair done here as the end result always exceeds my expectations! Lovely colour and cut as usual, really friendly and easy-going people. First came to it because it’s cruelty free, but now would not go anywhere else!

First off I was charged an extra £15 for toner which I think should have been included in the initial price because any sort of lightening requires toning. It would have been £20 but I was given a reduced price because the toner didn't work very well. I think the placement of the balayage is really good and nicely distributed but the cut wasn't worth the cost. I asked for a good handful off but received more of a trim. I think my hairdresser, who was very nice, was maybe playing it a little too safe. I like to go to the hairdressers for big changes but I think the clientele at Salvation are more like regulars who get the same thing every time. It seemed like everyone was treated really nicely and it was a calm atmosphere. Very suitable for the retirees who were in for a clean up but maybe not best if you want something a bit more contemporary.

I was made to feel very welcome by all members of staff. I am usually very wary about getting my haircut at a new place but I'm very happy with the treatment of received and the way my hair looks now. I will be back again!
