I have long and curly hair, 2 things that I find it hard to entrust to a hairdresser! Natalie was great, understood exactly what I wanted and what would suit, I felt I was consulted really well and we agreed on colour and cut. I was skeptical (as always!) until I got home and washed and styled it myself, but I love it and will be back!
