A decent haircut and blow dry, I forget name of stylist. She was blond and short. However, my 75 minute appointment was squashed into 45 minutes. No conditioner used-my hair is dry and bleached. I did get a glass of water but I drank that within a minute and no offer of anything else. No offer of magazines either. Big gripe was that stylist made a really inappropriate remark about me based on my heritage. I was too hurt and shocked to say anything. Good cut let down by poor customer service.
