Great as usual. I booked very last minute as I was nearby in town. Nathalie saw me on time. She checked the very sorry state of my fine hair and advised me on how to get it shortened. She’s a great, highly professional woman who listens and pays attention to your needs and concerns. The staff never make you wait, offer you drinks, repeatedly checks on you (I had my highlights, tint and toner done there previously) and make sure you are comfortable from the moment you walk in until you leave. And Nathalie does amazing job. Thank you!

Booked for balayage and was told that had to pay for toner separately which added much to the total price. This was not disclosed before and I have never had to pay extra for toner whenever I have balayage done so felt cheated.
