Never been to the salon before. Gave it a try. The junior gave it a very poor wash, didn't make any conversation. I did! I specifically asked for my hair to be blown poker straight and it ended up being an absolute frizz. The hairdryer wasn't even hot, my neck was bad, as she clearly couldn't do my hair. I had to ask for the straighteners after it. I made conversation throughout. Yes she is a trainee, but there's no excuse. I won't be going back again.
