The appointment started on time, even though the salon was very busy, which is vital when you're on your lunch hour. Lauren was very attentive, and considerate and gave a great hair wash and cut. She listened to what I needed and talked me through some other things I was thinking about. A really great visit and will definitely see Lauren again
