The hairdresser washed my hair after which they went onto brushing my hair. I was shocked to discover that all the tools used were not cleaned prior to their use. I pointed it out as soon as I noticed and asked if I could have a clean comb and brush, which my hairdresser was obviously confused to hear before she then proceeded to pick a few of the hair and carried on brushing my hair with the same hair brush.The entire appointment left me feeling stressed and worried about the risk of infection.
