My stylist was perfect in every way, so friendly, welcoming and professional. 10/10 experience… I was so impressed with my hair, especially as it’s quite damaged at the moment - she really turned it around and gave it some life! Thank you. Would highly recommend! X

I left an item at the salon, which I was assured would be safely kept until my next appointment.
Despite this assurance, I was informed it’s been thrown away but I would be reimbursed, which I appreciated at the time. However, this was followed by a reversal of that promise, with management claiming that no such commitment was made and suggesting that I was being dishonest.
Will never return to salvation hair, I’m disgusted at the response - would never happen at Aveda in UAE.
