I have been going to Salt for a good few years now. It took me a while to find a good salon and stylist that I liked when I first moved to Croydon. Now I never go anywhere else.

No one turned up to do my hair even though I made an appointment and it was accepted. Waited 40 minutes
No apology or explanation or expected time of arrival

I turn up to my appointment I’m let in by another employee who tells me to text the hairdresser who is doing my hair to let her know I’m here (strange surely she should already be there) gets to 5:15 no one’s here the girl that let me in needs to leave so says can I wait outside (it’s raining so not impressed) go to 5:30 still no hairdresser try and call the only number I have phone is off. 6pm still no one. 3 days later I finally get my deposit back, I also had to find somewhere else last min.

Very bad and rude approach by the owner of the saloon ( Donna). She was so mean to a child of 10 years old as she called off her stylist to stop doing her and asked us to walk out of the saloon. All because I noticed the stylist was struggling and in pain while doing my daughters hair due to a cut on one of her fingers.
