First visit to Salon45 good communications skill and lovely environment, I had to wait 5 minute as priya was busy and she apologise for that, while I was waiting they offer me drink
I loved my facial and pedicure she is Amazing and she explained my how I can look after my feet more
Matin did my shellac which lasted my over 3 week I will definitely recommend to my friends and family
As your experience start's as soon as you arrive at the Salon I feel the following is important:
Receptionist - not very receptive... I said good morning - response: non-engaging - casual, minimally receptive i.e told me to sit down - did not ask, what treatment I was having, what time, name ... Therefore,I told her.
Appointment 10am - I arrived before and had to wait for the therapist/to arrive & treatment set up...
Treatment: ok
Lovely staff, gorgeous little dog and great result, after my feet had been a bit neglected in recent times. It’s not a serene spa experience, but everyone is very friendly and they do a great job!
