Happy with the haircut, stylist was friendly. I felt that some of the pampering that should go hand in hand with a haircut was missing.
Having my hair wash was a bit heavy handed (a nice head massage in other salons is usually a highlight).
My ear and head were burned a couple of times during the drying which wasn’t ideal and I had to ask for product to be put on my hair which is a given in other salons.
Happy with the cut but those little extras were missing.

Always attend Dry and have my hair done by Lois but this time was extra special. Been a tough few months health wise for me including diagnosis of skin cancer on my ear and having to have half my right ear surgically removed. Was so paranoid, conscious and embarrassed about having my hair done due to this, but Lois was so lovely about it and caring and best of all she helped boost my confidence again with the fantastic result of my hair. Thank you so much Lois xx
