Excellent service at an extremely busy time of year they managed to squeeze me in after I had to cancel my apt initially. Ruby was very professional and friendly, would definitely go back.

The actual hair cut and finish was really good but I didn't enjoy my experience at all. Firstly I wasn't asked if I prefer a type of shampoo or conditioner and the conditioner wasn't massaged into my hair.
Olivia then asked me to stand up so she could my hair! I dont go to hairdressers to stand up. Then Olivia did not stop talking. I understand you want to chat to customers but she constantly spoke all about her life. I was then asked to pay by bank transfer which was unprofessional.
