I Saved up for a while to finally dye my hair again and I’m so disappointed with the way this salon have made it look. From the beginning when the consultation was extremely minimal I had a Bad feeling, customer service throughout was terrible (staff complained about other clients and said negative things about other staff members as they did my hair as though I wasn’t there) and the wrong treatment was carried out. I showed an image to the stylist of a fairly uniform blonde style with a slight darker root and the stylist decided to do highlights without telling me what she was doing until it was too late. Now my hair is stripey with some pieces the original brown and others very light so I am concerned that if I bleach all over to try and get A more uniform blonde it will really damage the strands that have already been bleached. I just want my money back, but despite the staff knowing I was leaving unhappy no refund was offered at the end of my treatment.

I hadn't been to have hair cut for quite a while so hair was out of shape but Amanda soon got it looking exceptional. Extremely pleased with my look ... Amanda is talented and very experienced. Love the whole experience of DRY.

Always enjoy the whole experience of getting my hair done at dry. Was lovely to have Lois do my hair. She’s so positive and friendly. A pleasure to chat with and made sure my hair was looked after. 😊
Already booked in for my next appointment…where we will get even lighter on the colour.
