I left with ginger hair and not the dark Auburn I wanted. I was supposed to have a cut and I chose short hair on the app but when I arrived no one was able to cut pixie hair even though there were 6 members of staff in. It seemed as though 2 were qualified, one was a junior and the rest were low level trainees. The lady who dyed my hair was lovely and very sweet but not confident and kept seeking guidance from other staff. I was disappointed. I box dyed my hair when I got home.

This was my second visit, this time for colour treatment with Lily. Considering I had used home kits to lighten my hair in the last year, Lily was very understanding and took up the challenge like the real Pro that she is. I absolutely love my colour, very trendy and to be honest, the best blond colour I've ever had. So pleased with the ladies at Dry, that I have told my daughter she needs to go there for her next hair appointment. Thank you and see you in the new year. Xx
